2010-2011 GRADE OFFERINGS
Kindergarten (half day) thru 11th Grade
Since 2003 when the academy first opened a grade has been added every year. The goal is that grades Kindergarten thru twelfth grade will be offered in the 2011-2012 academic year.

Application Fee: $250 for entire family one application
Book Fee: $0.00 We do not charge extra for this fee unless books are damaged at end of year.
Field Trip Fee: $0.00 - Parents pay for individual field trips as they come up in the calendar. SCCA students do go on quite a few field trips to enhance their education but costs are kept minimal. Call office to get an idea for your child's grade.
Athletic/Club Fee: $0:00 Pay as you play policy. Every club and sport is self supporting and is not subsidized by other families who choose not to participate.
Uniform Fee: All students must purchase a full SCCA uniform. Call for estimated pricing based on grade level.

Multiple student discounts
10% Discount on each child’s annual tuition
This discount applies only after the 1st child has paid the full tuition amount. In the event that a family is enrolling a kindergarten student and a 1st-10th grader, the discount will be applied to the kindergarten tuition.
Tuition Insurance
TUITION INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FAMILY PARTICIPATING IN THE SCCA MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN.
FAMILIES PAYING IN FULL OR 3 PAYMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE TUITION INSURANCE.
Tuition insurance protects a student from having to leave the academy if a covered financial crisis occurs. For example, in the event of a job loss, medical emergency, or another covered event that might result in a family being able to pay all or some of their tuition.
TUITION INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY FAMILY PARTICIPATING IN THE SCCA MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN.
FAMILIES PAYING IN FULL OR 3 PAYMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE TUITION INSURANCE.
Tuition Payment Procedures
Tuition is normally paid in full, 3 payments, or 12 monthly payments. Bank Draft authorization required for 12 month and 3 payment plans.
12 Month Payment Plan assistance - Tuition Insurance and Administrative Fee required
- A Financial Aid Application is required.
A 10% Non-Refundable Enrollment deposit- due 10 days after acceptance with signed tuition contract.
1st monthly payment is due on May 1st, 2010.
12th and final payment is due on April 1st, 2011.
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late fees will be assesed.
3 Payment Plan- No Tuition Insurance or Administrative Fee
1st Payment- 10% Non-Refundable Enrollment Deposit
2nd Payment- 40% June 1st 2010
3rd Payment- 50% December 1st 2010

"Early Bird" Full Payment

Discount
*Families enrolling after June 31st can qualify for early bird discount on a case by case basis.
Ordained Ministers- A 50% discount will be granted to qualified ordained protestant evangelical ministers who enroll their children. Other discounts will not apply. Please call for more details.
Semester Payment Plan- A 3 payment plan is available upon request. This entails a 10% tuition payment and a payment in June and December. This plan does not require tuition insurance or administrative fee.
